Cranberry Applesauce

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups canned applesauce
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Simmer, stirring constantly over low heat until cranberries are tender.
