Cranberry Applesauce
Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups canned applesauce
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
- Simmer, stirring constantly over low heat until cranberries are tender.
