Legal Counsel

The Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) is responsible for the delivery of legal services to The Trustees of Purdue University, including all campuses and units in the Purdue University system. We provide legal advice and assistance on a wide variety of legal matters related to governance, risk management, contracts, personnel, student affairs, compliance, and records management, among others. Whether serving in the role of advocate, advisor, negotiator, evaluator or intermediary, our emphasis is on finding pragmatic, creative and customized solutions to the many complex legal problems faced by the University in the course of fulfilling its land-grant mission.
