Purdue Women’s Conference 2022 features engagement, wellness opportunities
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. —
The Purdue for Life Foundation and the Purdue Women’s Network will present Purdue Women’s Conference 2022 on June 9–10 at The Alexander hotel in downtown Indianapolis.
This year’s event is designed to be both a conference and a retreat, placing a particular focus on personal growth, mindfulness and well-being. It will bring together women from a diverse range of industries and career levels, united by a common desire to advance their professional and personal development within a supportive community of Purdue alumnae and friends of the university.
“The mission of the Purdue Women’s Network is to create a sisterhood that motivates, uplifts and connects alumnae and other Purdue women now and for life,” said Jillian Henry, vice president of engagement at the Purdue for Life Foundation. “This annual conference is an essential part of our mission. It consistently draws Purdue women from all over the world who are interested in engaging and connecting with other women who share a love for the university.”
The conference will feature more than 25 speakers, including five keynotes, and a lineup of breakout sessions. Keynote speakers are:
- Wendy Baker (Science, ’95), vice president of operations at BlueEQ.
- Kendra Bracken-Ferguson (Liberal Arts, ’02), founder of BrainTrust Founders Studio.
- Suzanne Crouch (Liberal Arts, ’75), lieutenant governor of Indiana.
- Robin Kwok (Electrical Engineering, ’02), career coach and marketing consultant.
