Purdue will require all students to be tested for COVID-19 before start of the fall semester
As the next step to protect the health and safety of everyone on campus and the community, Purdue announced Wednesday (July 8) that it is formulating plans to require and pay for all West Lafayette-bound students to be tested for COVID-19 before moving into residence halls and attending classes in August.

Protective antibodies identified for rare, polio-like disease in children
Antibodies for a respiratory virus that can cause a rare polio-like disease that causes paralysis in children have been identified by a team of researchers at Purdue, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the University of Wisconsin.
