Academic Process Transformation

Driving toward institutional excellence and supporting student success at scale by transforming our academic processes, systems, and infrastructure.

Courses and Curricula

Institutional workflow improvements focused on enhancing the end-to-end academic process (e.g. new courses, degrees, curricula, certificates, etc.) to be more, streamlined, responsive, and agile. College-specific resources and training will be provided to support the academic planning process. Learn More about the academic proposal process.

Institutional Analytics and Reporting

The IDA+A team and partners are developing custom tools to support student success by analyzing and reporting on degree progressing (e.g., blocker courses, time-to-degree), institutional planning (e.g., course/classroom demands, teaching loads), and process/policy adjustments (e.g., exceptions, hide rules).

Data-Enhanced Ecosystem

Enhancing or data ecosystem by integrating institutional data (e.g., Finance, HR, Facilities, and Student Life) with academic data sources (e.g., Brightspace, Graduate School, and EduNav).
