Powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises, and motivating instructors, Group X offers cutting-edge classes designed to make your fitness goals easily attainable. With over 70 classes each week and a variety of class options, you are sure to find your soulmate workout. Offerings include formats such as dance based fitness with ZUMBA® or WERQ®, muscle toning in Body Sculpt, or giving max effort in cardio classes such as TurboKick® or Cycling. Group X has the perfect class to meet your schedule and style. Our instructors provide intensity and impact options for all fitness levels to ensure everyone can work towards meeting their fitness goals. Group X Studio Series
These classes focus on fitness education, specialized formats and progressive instruction. Each class builds upon lessons learned in previous sessions. Due to specialized equipment and the progressive nature of every class, your instructor and fellow class participants will remain consistent. Therefore, each class requires individual commitment and registration. Sign up and always have a spot in class - never worry about class being full again!
Group X On Demand
We understand how hectic life can be. With our Fitness On Demand program, there is no need to leave the comfort of your office or Residence Hall to escape. Our instructors will come to your on-campus location and provide your group with a customized class of your choice.
