Description

Do you currently teach or are you interested in learning more about teaching courses with content related to sustainability? In this discussion-oriented event, we will provide an overview of Purdue’s Environmental and Sustainability Studies Certificate, discuss ways to advance sustainability education on campus, and elicit input on faculty interest and needs in this area.

Faculty and teaching staff from all colleges are encouraged to attend.

This event is part of a series of events on the topic of sustainability education to be held this year.

The events are organized by the Campus Sustainability Self-study Working Group.

Discussion about Purdue's Environmental and Sustainability Studies Certificate and you can get involved with the program will be led by Robert Marzec, Professor of English and current director, Purdue’s Environmental and Sustainability Studies Certificate

The event will also include time to meet other faculty and brainstom ways in which we can collaborate and how you would like to see sustainability education supported on campus.

Discussion of this initiative will also be provided by ISF staff.

Let us know if you can attend or if you are interested in being informed of upcoming events on this topic by answering here.

Refreshments will be provided!
