High-performance computing (HPC) is a powerful tool used to solve complex computational problems by leveraging supercomputers and computer clusters. At Purdue, the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing (RCAC) operates all centrally maintained research computing resources at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and is a division of Purdue IT.

RCAC provides access to leading-edge computational and data storage systems as well as expertise in a broad range of high-performance computing activities.

At this event, we will tour the center, talk to RCAC staff, and discuss how faculty may engage with the Rosen center to:

1) Advance Scientific Research

2) Handle data-intensive applications
