Professor Mark Lubell from the University of California - Davis will speak on the future of water governance as the effects of climate change are felt in regions across the world. He will also explore how cooperation problems often serve as the cause of many environmental conflicts, and will look at the structure and function of complex governance institutions, often called polycentric institutions, featuring many different policy forums and actors.
