We support researchers by creating storylines and map proposal content for compelling submissions, embedding proposal writing specialists to support project management, and leading events and workshops to educate about research opportunities and broaden research participation.

Institutional Support

Our team provides support across Purdue by developing cost-sharing strategies for large center proposals, identifying campus-wide resources to support the research enterprise, and embedding specialized pre-awards personnel to support project management

Research Operations and Innovation

SIR staff engage with faculty, college-level leadership, and with leadership of the Institutes and Centers at Discovery Park District to foster collaborative research teams, support networking within the University and with federal agencies, eliminate barriers for successful launching of research programs, and provide targeted seed funding for institutional priority areas.
