Medication Therapy Management

Please watch this video for an example of medication therapy management (MTM) encounters that are now part of the benefits package for Purdue Health Plan members and their dependents.  Targeted “medication check-ins” will occur when members fill prescriptions at participating community pharmacies. All Purdue Health Plan members are also eligible for comprehensive MTM appointments to discuss their medications with a pharmacist in greater detail. There are no copays for any MTM service and pertinent information will be shared with doctors and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a team-based approach to your care.
