Before applying for Summer Stay Scholars, please review the following information to help you better understand the scholarship requirements.

How does it work?

If you are selected for Summer Stay Scholars, you will receive a scholarship of up to $2,500 towards your estimated summer cost of attendance not already covered by other gift aid. Who qualifies?

To qualify for Summer Stay Scholars, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled at Purdue University (West Lafayette or Indianapolis)
  • A GPA of at least 3.00 for research or at least 2.00 for internships
  • Undergraduate student status
  • Complete 9 credit hours during Summer 2025
  • Additionally, students with current research or internships on or around the West Lafayette or Indianapolis campus can list those experiences on the application for consideration.
