Doing Business with Us
Purdue University is committed to developing a world class supplier diversity program that reflects the diversity of our students, staff, professors and multicultural communities. We recognize the importance of diverse suppliers and are committed to ensuring that diversity is an integral part of our sourcing and procurement processes. Purdue’s competitive solicitation process is designed to provide contracts at the best value for the university. The university processes include that a minimum of one diverse supplier be included in all new sourcing events, when applicable, for goods and services. The university is also maximizing diversity spend with our prime contractors through diversity subcontracting opportunities.
Suppliers who want to do business with Purdue University must:

Be registered with the Secretary of State

Not be suspended from doing business with Purdue, State of Indiana and/or the federal government

Be pre-qualified through the State of Indiana for capital projects. Contractors who are not already pre-qualified should follow the process outlined by the Indiana Department of Administration for future consideration.

Architect and engineering firm registration must be completed and an email must be sent to adminops@purdue.edu in order to be placed on the contact list for future opportunities.
