Graduation Checklist

Congratulations! Spring 2024 Commencement is currently scheduled to occur at Elliott Hall of Music, Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

  • Apply to graduate by February 2, 2024
    • If you missed the deadline to apply to graduate, please e-mail your academic advisor and/or MEundergrad@purdue.edu ASAP for assistance
  • Confirm your myPurdue plan indicates you are a candidate
  • Review key dates and deadlines on the Commencement website: https://www.purdue.edu/commencement
    • When the Commencement task list will be available
    • When to indicate your participation in the ceremony
    • When to order your cap and gown
    • When to provide your diploma mailing address
  • Submit a professional headshot for the Senior Composite Photo (watch for more information from Pi Tau Sigma)
  • Complete ME Senior Exit Survey
    • Your diploma and final transcript will be held until this is completed!
  • Complete excess graduate credit survey for graduate level courses completed (your advisor will email this to you if it is required)
  • Confirm no encumbrances on your account
  • Clean out any items in ME lockers
