Joy L. Colwell, J.D., is the Director of Graduate Studies at Purdue Northwest, where she holds the rank of Professor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Joy has been the Director of Graduate Studies for PNW since August, 2010. Prior to holding the Director position, she was Assistant Dean for Graduate Studies in the College of Technology. She recently took some time away from graduate work while she served as the Interim Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at PNW ( October 2018-May 2020). She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
