Through the "Development of Training in Good Agricultural and Manufacturing Practices for Food Producers and Processors in Arequipa, Peru" project, equipment for molecular detection of pathogens, autoclaves, distillers, and electrophoresis chambers, among other types of equipment, was purchased and delivered to UNSA.
