Co-Chair
Kortney Hargrove (she/her) has been with Purdue University since June of 2022. She is a Senior Administrative Assistant for Faculty Affairs in the College of Liberal Arts. Since coming to Purdue, she has wanted to find and foster community with other LGBTQ staff and faculty which is what led to the resurgence of PEP. She has a love for reading and music. Kortney can often be found binge reading entire books series in her free time. She has a soft spot for feeding people and will find any reason to bake something. She is an empathetic person and enjoys helping others find their happiness. That is the ultimate goal with bringing PEP back together, having a safe space and sense of community for all.

Co-Chair
Mack Pruitt (she/they) has been with Purdue University since June of 2022. She is a Senior Student Affairs Specialist in the Student Activities and Organizations (SAO) office within Student Life. In their free time, Mack loves swimming, weightlifting, cooking, painting, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Community is an integral part of feeling as though you belong where you live. While the Boilermaker community welcomed Mack with open arms, she was searching for a group of folks who shared similar interests, identities, values, and struggles who they could both support and feel supported by. PEP came along at the right time and they are so excited to be able to help continue to provide this community for others.

Molly has a passion for creating and advocating for services and programming that acknowledge, respect, and celebrate intersectional identities. They joined the PEP board to help facilitate interpersonal connections in the queer Purdue employee community. Outside of work and class, Molly enjoys supporting local theater, analyzing films, singing karaoke, and marveling at their tiny hamsters. They want to help create opportunities for community building with queer Purdue employees as well as encourage Greater Lafayette queer community involvement.

We are also fortunate to be joined by an additional board member who wishes to keep their identity anonymous while serving the community.
