Scan Rates and Facility Support
The Purdue Life Science MRI Facility provides research imaging access for both internal and external users, with professional support available during standard operating hours.

Scheduling and Development Time
- All scan time is billed in 15-minute intervals
- Sequence consultation and setup time must be discussed in advance with the Purdue MRI Facility Director and Physicist
- Development time availability is limited and subject to scheduling constraints
Technical Support and Consultation
Professional support is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.
This does exclude University and federal holidays. After hours scanning assistance must be discussed with MRI Staff for approval.
For project planning, protocol feasibility, training requirements, or specialized imaging needs, users are encouraged to contact the facility prior to scheduling.
