One to One Strong

One to One Strong is a 4-week group coaching program designed to teach the fundamentals of resistance training and guide you as you create individualized resistance training program that is realistic, manageable and will contribute to your overall health and fitness goals. Each class will include both an educational and active component.

Tobacco Cessation

Are you ready to quit smoking? Quitting nicotine products greatly reduces the risk of developing smoking-related diseases. Learn about strategies to help you quit and stay quit! Following completion of the program, you will be eligible to waive the tobacco user premium as part of your Purdue Health Plan.
