IDA+A fulfills many types of requests for student data, survey samples, and general projects. To request assistance with your project, please select an option below.

• Approvals for IRB requests (If you completed an IRB request and were directed to obtain approval from the Registrar before your request can be approved, please complete the Student Data Agreement Request form. If you already have IRB approval, submit a project request.)
