AEs and contractors should submit their contact information to Physical Facilities on a regular basis through our online Consultant Questionnaire.

As of January 1, 2020, all communications will be sent only to companies/firms who have provided updated information at the link above.

AEs

If you wish to continue to be considered for small project design services and to continue receiving Request for Qualifications (RFQ) notifications for large projects.

Contractors

Remember, Physical Facilities only works with contractors who have been pre-qualified through the state of Indiana.
