Welcome
Join the Center for Professional Selling
Welcome! I’m happy you stopped by our website to learn more about Purdue’s Center for Professional Selling.
If you are a student, we hope you will come into the Center, located on the third floor of Matthews Hall. You will find new friends, valuable activities and meaningful ways to contribute to the community while investing in your sales skills. We have events throughout the academic year, so be sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on competitions, social events, and other ways to get involved. Bottom line, you must take that first step and walk through the door. Once you are here, we are confident you will find something that will make your time at Purdue even better.
If you are a partner or are considering partnership, I’m glad you are interested in empowering our students. Our most successful partners have found Purdue students to be intelligent and actively engaged in their learning. Being part of the Center for Professional Selling puts you in direct contact with the highest caliber sales students at Purdue, who may be your next sales professional or intern. Virtually all the students who participate in Center events receive multiple job opportunities and a majority find their first job with one of our partners. If you are looking to invest in your sales staff, fill internships or simply interact with students, there is a partnership level for you.
If you are a parent, welcome to the next stage. Your son or daughter is investing in his or her future when spending time in the Center for Professional Selling. As the experiential learning hub for the Sales and Sales Management major in the College of Health and Human Sciences, we engage students in a variety of activities intended to help them develop the job skills they will use every day after graduation. We have a calendar of events that range from sales competitions, where students can win prizes, to social networking events, to the Collegiate Sales Team schedule of competitions around the Eastern United States. Your son or daughter can build a very valuable network of resources while interacting with top-shelf corporations that are looking for future employees.
If you fit somewhere else, we are happy you stopped by as well. Feel free to browse our website and if you have a question or comment, please email us at PC4PS@purdue.edu and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
