Purdue Unviersity Asian American & Asian Resource and Cultural Center Fall 2023 Events

The Asian American & Asian Resource and Cultural Center (AAARCC) offers a wide range of diverse programming throughout the academic year. Our signature programs include the Speaker Series, Lunch & Learn Series, Student Leadership Summit, and Cultural Celebrations.

We welcome the campus and public community to attend all of our events which are free of charge. These gatherings provide valuable opportunities for individuals from all backgrounds to engage in meaningful dialogue and build connections within our vibrant community.

Furthermore, we welcome collaboration and co-sponsorship opportunities with other campus units. If your department or organization is interested in partnering with AAARCC for an event or activity, please feel free to reach out to us via email. We believe that by working together, we can create even more enriching experiences and make a broader impact on campus life.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you to our upcoming events at AAARCC.

The Purdue University Asian American & Asian Resource and Cultural Center's Lunch & Learn Series is a weekly event held every Thursday from noon to 1 PM. The primary goal of this series is to foster a sense of community and promote learning among members of the campus and local community.

During these sessions, distinguished members of the Purdue University Asian American and Asian faculty, staff, and students, as well as researchers focusing on historically marginalized communities, lead engaging presentations. Through these gatherings, participants have the opportunity to come together over lunch and build meaningful connections.

Lunch and Learn Series

The Purdue University Asian American & Asian Resource and Cultural Center aims to provide opportunities for our campus community to get connected with resources and advocate for their needs. The office of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and the Center for Career Opportunities (CCO) hold drop-in hours at the center during Resource and Advocacy Hours on Wednesdays.

Resources and Advocacy Hours

Through our Speaker Series, the Purdue University Asian American & Asian Resource and Cultural Center aims to provide opportunities for our campus and local community to hear from world-class speakers who are known and recognized in their field for their excellence.

Speaker Series

Beyond the Lunch & Learn Series, Resource and Advocacy Hours, and the Speaker Series, the AAARCC provides opportunities for the campus community to engage with the center in different ways by attending special programs.
