    Performance & Race: The Midwestern Asian American Experience by Brandy Le

    Join us at the AAARCC to talk about anthropology and how it relates to race and class. This event opens up space to talk about the Asian American experience in the Midwest, detailing stories of the American dream across generations, and the bridging of Asian American experiences across the United States.

    Facets of Blue Artist Talk & Reception

    Indigo, perhaps more than any other textile dye, has an enduring global legacy of beauty, craft, and artistic expression. At the same time, indigo is and has been entangled with labor exploitation in the pursuit for world markets and profit. The Facets of Blue exhibition is a curatorial collaboration between Purdue Galleries, the Asian and Asian American Resource and Cultural Center and Dr. Shannon McMullen featuring the work of Roland and Chinami Ricketts and Aboubakar Fofana.
