Join the AAARCC and the NAECC for a collaborative Speaker Series event featuring Chantel Cloud (Member, Southern Ute Indian Tribe and former Chief Justice of the Southern Ute Tribal Courts in Colorado) and Patrick Armstrong (Podcaster, Speaker, and Creator of Conversation Piece Podcast). Event will discuss the historical context and implications of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), and personal journey of racial and ethnic identity exploration and development (as a Korean American adoptee).
