Students
- New students will receive instructions on activating their Purdue Career Account in their acceptance packet. See the following help desk article for additional information: How do I activate my Purdue Career account?
- If you've forgotten your password, use the password challenge questions you set in the account Career Account activation step. See the following for additional information: How do I reset my career account password using challenge questions?
- If you need additional assistance setting up your account, please visit the ITaP Customer Service Center on the main floor of the Humanities, Social Science, and Education Library (HSSE) - Stewart Center 135. Be sure to bring a photo ID with you. If you are not on campus but need assistance, contact information for ITaP Customer Service Center can be found at their site.
Faculty and Staff
- New faculty and staff should contact their departmental computing support staff for assistance in obtaining your Purdue Career Account.
