Katricia Sanchez
Assistant Director for Community Programs
Katricia Sanchez manages our mentoring community programs and events, as well as our signature celebrations, such as the Women’s History Month Celebration and the Leadership & Mentoring Community Banquet. Katricia works to maximize engagement across the Butler Center community and leads ongoing efforts to develop and implement programming that reflects the values and mission of the Center. She also oversees the Leadership in Action recognition process. Katricia is committed to carrying out her responsibilities with excellence to support a positive, welcoming community for all.
Prior to joining the Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence, Katricia was an Event Manager for the Center for Food and Agricultural Business. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Katricia is very active at her church in which her husband, David, is the Pastor. In her free time, Katricia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, baking and reading.
