Expert Tips
The Butler Center aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and a broader public audience. Our primary focus is to provide valuable resources and knowledge to those in academia (especially women faculty and staff), addressing topics such as leadership, career development and planning, well-being, work-life balance, and relationships at work. We work to translate scientific research findings into bite-sized reading material with a clear set of practical recommendations (i.e., “expert tips”) that can be easily consumed on newsletters, social media, and other online platforms.
The "Expert Tips" series consists of a collection of invited articles written by leading scholars in the field of industrial-organizational psychology and management, summarizing their recent research findings and suggesting practical tips for our target audience.
