The CON Artist’s Guide to Effective Listening by Dr. Shonna Waters
Wednesday, January 29, 2025

Drawing on the principles of effective coaching, participants will learn how to move beyond "listening to respond” and develop deeper listening skills that enhance communication and understanding in academic and professional settings.
