In Spring 2018, the Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence, in partnership with ADVANCE-Purdue, introduced a Working Paper series titled, Navigating Careers in the Academy: Gender, Race, and Class. The series served as a means for documenting and sharing interventions, practices, and processes developed or utilized by those in the academy to navigate their careers.
