Please see our parking options listed below. Purdue Parking requires that all vehicles have their license plate visible. DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.
  • Non-Government Plated Vehicles
    • Parking is located at the Grant Street Parking Garage at 120 N. Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN. This is located across the street from the Purdue Memorial Union.
      • Please collect a ticket at the gate to enter the garage and keep this ticket as it is required for exit.
      • See our registration staff for a parking validation during the scheduled registration time (see below).
      • To exit the garage, first scan the ticket you collected upon entry and then scan the parking validation you receive from event registration staff to exit.
  • Government Plated Vehicles
    • Parking is located at the Wood Street Parking Garage at 120 S. Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN. This is located across the street from Young Hall.
      • Vehicles using this option must have a government/municipal license plate.
      • Please avoid all metered and ParkMobile spaces as they are not permitted for free municipal plated vehicle parking.

CEPDS attracts over 600 professionals and students to learn about advancements in the civil engineering industry. Technical tracks include Bridge, Transportation, Environmental, Water Resources, Vertical Structures, and more. Attendees are also offered the opportunity to participate in an Executive Management and Leadership course to further develop and strengthen the civil engineering profession.

Special guest ASCE President-Elect Marsha Anderson Bomar will present on ASCE Society updates and the state of the civil engineering industry nationwide. Exclusive student-focused sessions will also be offered to enhance the student experience.

Conference Highlights 

Management Track: Leadership Development at Pepper Construction

Pepper Construction Indiana will present a condensed version of their internal leadership development program based on the research and findings contained in the best-selling book, The Leadership Challenge, co-authored by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, now in its seventh edition (2023).

This session will focus on the leadership journey through the “Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership” from The Leadership Challenge and the commitments that tie to each of those practices (see list below). You will be provided with real life examples from industry professionals, thought provoking activities and actionable tools to apply these practices in your day-to-day leadership.
