Kelsey serves as the Director of Purdue Testing Services. While she oversaw the Accommodated Testing Center and its daily operations since 2015, her new role includes the addition of vendor-based exams like CLEP, Pearson, Praxis and more. In 2016, Kelsey earned her master’s degree in student affairs and higher education from Indiana State University and will begin a doctoral program in higher educational leadership at the same institution in 2023. Kelsey is an active member of the National Collegiate Testing Association (NCTA) and serves as NCTA Co-Chair for the Special Interest Group on Universal Access. Kelsey also co-founded and co-chairs the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) Testing Group. She frequently presents on the topic of testing accommodations at both national and regional conferences. When not working, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her loved ones and is an avid Boilermaker fan who bleeds black and gold. Boiler up!

Alyssa Culver

Alyssa joined the team from Boise, ID in January 2024. She brings a wide range of skills with exams processes. Alyssa has been active in the realm of Testing since 2014 at Boise State University. She has her bachelor's degree in Biology with an emphasis in Zoology. She also has earned certificates in Elementary and Intermediate Korean language. She is also passionate about music and the culture of the music industry from the perspective of the producers and the consumers. She was highly active in the local music scene back in Boise, ID with a position as an operations manager for a cover party/wedding band. In her spare time, she likes to hike, read, listen to, and create music, attend concerts, and travel with her loved ones.

Kim joined the team in March 2024, taking on the role of Assistant Director. She earned a bachelor's degree in education from Purdue in 1994. For 21 years Kim owned an education center, teaching students of all ages, that provided individualized educational plans and accommodations. She most recently taught math to Somalian students. Kim is passionate about ensuring students are provided with the educational needs that are essential  in order to become successful citizens that positively contribute to our diverse society. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with family and her four legged companions, hiking, attending concerts, and gardening.

Maddie Kintner

Maddie stepped into the role of Accommodated Testing Coordinator in December 2022. In 2019, Maddie earned her bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Indianapolis. Her primary instrument is alto saxophone. After completing her degree, Maddie served as a local high school band director for grades 6-12. She is passionate about mental health and creating the least restrictive environment for learning. Maddie helps students and faculty break down barriers and stigma to promote Universal Design. When not on campus, Maddie enjoys spending time with friends and family, drinking coffee, being in nature, and attending Broadway musicals.

As the Senior Test Administrator for vendor testing at Purdue, Bahiyyih helps testers navigate the challenges of high-stakes testing. She has a master's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in teaching English to speakers of other languages, specializing in pronunciation and testing of academic English. She has lived and taught ESL in Tokyo, Japan, and more recently Chengdu, China—famous for its pandas and mouth-numbing hot peppers. Bahiyyih is attempting to learn (but not yet mastering) Spanish, Japanese and Chinese. She has come to love the process of second language discovery along with her students. You may see Bahiyyih commuting to campus or playing Pikmin Bloom on her trusty blue bike.

Hannah began her role at Purdue Testing Services as Test Administrator during finals week of the Spring 2024 semester. She recently graduated from Purdue with an undergraduate degree in Developmental and Family Sciences. She will begin pursuing a master’s degree in human services in the fall of 2024 through Purdue Global. Hannah worked as a student employee at the accommodated testing center during all four years of her undergraduate program, serving as one of the office’s lead student employees for three of those four years. Her extensive knowledge and experience in this role have prepared her well for her current position and made her an asset to the team. She is passionate about mental health and hopes to pursue a career in social work after her master’s program. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, being outside, and playing with her new puppy, Mackey.
