The only program in the country that encourages and trains college women to run for student government and future political office.

Campus-Community (C2) Forum

A result of a long-standing partnership between Indiana Campus Compact and Service-Learning at Purdue, LEAD uses this one-day program as an opportunity to offer professional development to our community partners and collect feedback on how we can better fulfill our commitment to one another.

Community Organizing Institute

The Community Organizing Institute will equip you with the tools to build relationships and power to effectively bring about social change. The institute consists of interactive small group activities, large group discussion, and a working lunch for participants to practice their one-to-one skills.

Careers4Change

Careers4Change is an atypical "career fair" for students to connect with organizations, researchers, and individuals who have made their career into creating change in the world. Students discuss career paths and options with organizations and employers in Greater Lafayette, Indianapolis, and surrounding areas in a more casual, round-table format.

Women in Leadership Institute

The Women in Leadership Institute (WLI) is a bi-annual dynamic one-day conference that exists to develop the leadership capacity of women and to expose participants to current issues affecting women.

Start Smart Salary Negotiation

Women working full time in the United States are typically paid just 80 percent of what men are paid, causing a wage gap of 20 percent - and it's even wider for Black women, Native women, and other gender minorities. This salary negotiation workshop, created by AAUW, will teach participants to confidently and successfully negotiate their salary and benefits package.
