Imagination, Innovation, Discovery, and Design (I2D2)

I2D2 is a free after-school program that introduces young students to the engineering design process. Since 2009, I2D2 has visited kindergarten-6th grade students in our community to present engineering through creative hands-on activities. Teams of current Purdue engineering role models from the Women in Engineering (WiE) Program visit local schools and organizations, teach activities and inspire young minds to explore the possibilities and impacts created by engineers. I2D2 is all about using Imagination, Innovation, Discovery, and Design to build and create.
