The CHL offers a wide range of services to treat common illnesses, manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care and promote overall health and wellness. Our providers are dedicated to knowing you, your medical background and your needs.
Annual physicals, cholesterol screenings, bloodwork and more. Preventive care – including annual physicals, flu shots, well-child visits – is provided for you and your covered dependents age 8 weeks and older at no cost to you. Note: If you are treated for a medical condition during a preventive care appointment, you might be charged for that care.

Stomachache, cough, flu, sinus infections and more
Asthma, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and more
Pregnant patients can be seen at the CHL for acute visits (sinus infections, ear-aches, etc.). Additionally, the CHL can refill their pre-pregnancy medications. If there are any questions on the medication and whether or not it should be continued during pregnancy, it will be up to the CHL staff to collaborate care with the patient’s OB office.
