Our Moving Forward in Four and Develop Me 2.0 programs are designed to help all employees realize their potential and take their next giant leap in career development. The One Hour with HR series is a monthly program on HR topics that focuses on building stronger connections between members of our community and strengthening employees' knowledge.

Please contact Organizational Effectiveness at oecomm@purdue.edu with training requests.

This is a cohort-based career exploration program that provides staff with mentoring, coaching, networking and job shadowing opportunities over a span of four to six months.

DevelopMe 2.0 allows staff to connect with other participants in their cohort and meet with two Purdue employee mentors of their choice.

Before selecting their mentors, members of the cohort complete a 30-question career initiative assessment, which introduces them to behaviors that increase job satisfaction and enhance future career possibilities. Participants then build a career plan by identifying their work and project preferences, creating short-term and long-term goals, assessing their work-life values and skill sets and seeking out relevant career options within the university.
