iLab Training for Users
The User role in iLab, allows individuals to access iLab, request access to equipment and services, and be assigned membership and roles in labs, departments, cores, and centers. Users can be internal to Purdue, iLab users at other institutions, or external business partners.
Users needing assistance being added to labs, enabling/loading account strings, or with billing questions should start by contacting their departmental business office.
Questions about technical issues, issues with reserving equipment or requesting services, or help with iLab usage should be directed to ilabhelp@purdue.edu.
The iLab For Purdue Lab Members QRC should be reviewed for a concise overview of iLab, and an explanation of basic tasks in iLab.
