Building Deputies are an important, valued asset in the communication link between Physical Facilities and our customers within the University community. Their individual familiarity with and knowledge of the facilities and building occupants they serve is an extremely important element, which enables us to provide the best possible customer service.

• SuccessFactors Course: Using EVO Order to Track Maintenance Tasks

  • Building Deputies and Facilities staff member will learn how to navigate through Evo Order and meet these objectives:
    • Change the system statuses, user status, non-numbered and numbered statuses
    • Add an operation and a stocked component item
    • Perform mass release and mass-TECO work orders
    • Access and display partner and cost field, document flow, attachments and the last technician view
