Building Deputies are the link between Physical Facilities and our customers within the University community. To request facilities-related services during normal business hours, contact your assigned building deputy.

Providing Building Deputy Updates 

Step 1

One of the first steps for requesting updates is to complete the online form that provides us with all of the information needed to update our systems and grant you the required access. Please note that your building occupants may be unable to report facility issues through the Fix-It portal until this step is done.  Enter the zone number that is listed with the building below.

Our new online form now creates a more automated system to update the directory. 

If you are no longer a building deputy or out for extended leave, your replacement or someone filling in on your duties needs to complete the online form. We need a replacement contact person in SAP to remove you from the system.
