The Office of Experiential Education (ExEd) is currently accepting proposals for grants that support existing and new experiential education programs serving Purdue West Lafayette undergraduate and PharmD students. All proposals are due by Friday, October 13, 2023.
GRANT ELIGIBILITY
Eligible programs must be one of the following:
- An existing ExEd program that demonstrates alignment with Purdue University’s definition of “experiential education”
- An existing ExEd program whose funding proposal would bring it into alignment with the university’s definition of “experiential education”
- A new ExEd program in development that will launch during 2024 and align with the university’s definition of “experiential education”
The Office of ExEd is particularly interested in helping launch, expand or update programs that will be sustained over time. Available grants are not intended to cover one-time-only programs or recurring operational expenses.
AVAILABLE GRANTS
Two types of grants are available to eligible programs:
The ExEd Program Development Mini Grant ranges from $3,000 to $5,000. It is anticipated that two of these grants will be awarded this funding cycle.
The ExEd Program Development Major Grant ranges from $25,000 to $40,000 and requires matching funds. It is anticipated one of these grants will be awarded this funding cycle.
