Purdue Student Veterans render the proper folding of the United States Flag at a past Memorial Day event

Purdue’s Veterans Success Center (VSC) invites the Purdue community to attend a Memorial Day observance at 3 p.m. Friday, May 26, in the Great Hall of the Purdue Memorial Union.

The ceremony will pay formal respects to the sacrifices of America’s veterans who have given their lives in defense of the nation. The event will begin with a moment of silence, followed by remarks from Zane Reif, senior director of the PMU, and Morgan Torres, director of the VSC.

Refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
