Scheduling

Use the online reservation system called Ilabs (https://purdue.ilabsolutions.com/service_center/show_external/4038).  Ilabs is a university-wide Web-based reservation system. All users must be registered within Ilabs in order to make reservations on the equipment. For instructions on how to register in Ilabs, please contact the Center Operations Manager, Natasha Nikolaidis (nnikolai@purdue.edu).

ALL cell sorting and analysis experiments done on the FACS Aria will be performed by facility staff only. Please email Jill to schedule time on the FACS Aria.

• The goal of the experiment
• The size of the cells to be sorted
• The number of populations to be sorted
• Whether the sorted sample should be kept sterile
• Whether the sorting sample is a biohazard
• An account number for billing
