Exploratory Studies Events and Opportunities

As students explore their Purdue major and their career paths, they not only identify their strengths and investigate their options, but they also seek out experiences to tie that information to real life. Experiences can include joining clubs and organizations, attending career fairs and workshops, volunteering, participating in undergraduate research, and much more. These experiences can also help them build and expand invaluable school and work networks that can carry into their professional lives.

In the Exploratory Studies Program, we realize how important and transformative on- and off-campus experiences can be for our students! On this page, you will find a myriad of organizations, events, and activities students can pursue to further solidify their major choices and establish their career paths. In addition, students taking EDPS 10500 will be introduced to many experiential opportunities and encouraged to participate in them.

This year, we proudly offer new College Skills Workshops specifically designed our incoming first-year students.  These will help them make the most of their classroom experiences.  We also encourage our students to attend career and informational fairs, like the Majors, Minors, and More Information Fair.
