General Liability Insurance
This coverage provides protection against claims brought by third parties for occurrences that arise out of University activities and result in bodily injury, property damage or personal injury (libel, slander, etc.). Coverage extends to the University, individual members of the Board of Trustees, officers, appointees, employees and volunteers, while acting in the course of, and within the scope of, their duties.
