Indoor Services
Physical Facilities provides a number of services to our customers on the West Lafayette campus. As outlined below, some services are routinely performed in campus facilities, while others can be requested on an as-needed basis by building occupants.
Indoor Services Available by Request
Use the links below to request services. Contact your building deputy if you need assistance submitting a request through the Fix It service request portal.
- Address slip, trip and fall hazards
- Building maintenance or repairs
- Confidential cart and recycling container drop off/pick up
- Heating or cooling adjustments
- Moving equipment and furniture
- New and replacement keys and locks
- Pest control
- Initiate renovation or construction projects
- Reserve a room
- Select indoor conference rooms, atriums and lobbies are reserved through the Event Management Software (EMS).
- Classroom space will continue to be requested via UniTime.
Routine Indoor Services
- Preventative maintenance
- Recycling and trash removal
- Scheduled cleaning
- Utilities production and distribution
Critical and Time-Sensitive Indoor Services
- Power outages
- Water leaks

- From 7:30 a.m.– 4 p.m., contact the Work Request Center at (765) 494-9999.
- From 4 p.m.– 7:30 a.m., contact the Purdue University Police Dispatch Center through the non-emergency phone number at (765) 494-8221.
