Training Group:

Microbiology, Immunology and Infectious Diseases

Mentor / Lab:

Robert Stahelin

Research Profile:

I am working with the Marburg virus matrix protein VP40, characterizing different mutations that arose as a result of serial passaging in mice. I am trying to elucidate the role of different domains of VP40 in the viral life cycle and identify critical residues that can serve as potential druggable targets in the future.

About Me:

I am a trained Kathak dancer. I also love to read, cook, travel and socialize with animals when I'm not in the lab.
