General
Get access:
- Depending on what type of data you use, you'll either need to request access to student data, business data, or both!
Training:

Business Data
Business data is loaded into Cognos on Monday - Friday between 6:00AM and 7:00AM; Saturday between 9:00AM and 9:30AM.
- Business data reports are NOT to be scheduled or ran during the data load times.
Student Data
Student data is loaded into Cognos daily between 12:00AM and 5:00AM.- Student data reports are NOT to be scheduled or ran during the data load time.
The standard Cognos maintenance window is every third Saturday of the month from 5:30AM to 1:30PM. Additional outages will be communicated.. Additional outages will be communicated.
