The Purdue Parking Facilities office takes our sustainability efforts very seriously.
How we make a difference:
- Recycling paper, plastic and aluminum.
- Using environmentally friendly de-icing fluid in all of the parking garages.
- Partnering with CityBus to provide free rides for all faculty, staff, students and retirees to help reduce the number of vehicles brought to campus.
- Replacing lighting in the parking garages with energy- and maintenance-saving lighting.
