Doctoral Internship
- This is a 2000-hour, 12-month, full-time internship, with a stipend of $31,223.00.
- Supervision and mentorship are provided to meet profession-wide competencies in the field of health service psychology.
- Interns prepare for careers in university counseling centers and other related mental health settings.
- Interns develop advanced clinical skills in health service psychology including:
- Provision of culturally competent individual and group therapy.
- Clinical and diagnostic assessment skills.
- Supervision provision (contingent upon availability of practicum students, otherwise through peer supervision).
- Provide consultation services to the university community.
