PUSH offers Travel Counseling and Immunizations to Students, Staff, and Spouses

PUSH offers travel counseling and immunization services to students, staff, spouses, and dependents over the age of 17. The cost of an appointment is $34.73 plus the the cost of immunizations. PUSH is in network with most Anthem and United Healthcare insurance plans. We will bill any insurance except Medicaid. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 765-494-1700.

Notary Services available at PUSH

Purdue students may utilize PUSH notary services free of charge. Students can schedule a visit to obtain a notary signature by contacting 765-494-1838. Walk-ins may be available, but are not guaranteed. You must provide a government issued ID such as a driver's license, state issued ID, or passport. PUID card will not be accepted for use of this service.
